TAYLOR MOMSEN IS NOW A PROMOTER OF MASTURBATION!!

Actress / singer Taylor Momsen, who recently revealed that her BFF is a vibrator, and that she loves pleasuring herself, is now telling all young girls to touch themselves!!

"I’m a promoter of masturbation. Don’t sleep around... learn yourself first! Guys do, but girls don’t. And that’s why girls have so many bad experiences. But you can know your body, know yourself, know what feels good. You don’t have to give yourself away just to have sexual relevance. Because I don’t think sex is something people should be afraid of. It’s part of human nature, so I don’t think it should be so shameful, particularly for girls and young girls.”

I wonder what her parents think about all this?!

R.I.P. ROTHBURY 2010...

Today, festival organizers for the Rothbury Music Festival announced that they will not host a 2010 event!!

According to event producers Madison House Presents and AEG Live, a contributing factor in the decision is that various artists’ recording & touring schedules, timing would not allow them to assemble the cutting edge roster like in past years...

“The result for this year is that we are not able to move forward with the integrity and high standards that we demand from ourselves and for the festival.”



Some good news is that organizers intend to move toward continuing Rothbury in 2011!!

ROTHBURY: IT'S ALL OVER!!

Sadly, one of the summer's greatest music festivals is now over!! I'm currently finishing up this final blog and then heading back to Toronto from Michigan...

I just want to say, congrats to Madison House and the Double JJ Ranch, as well as all the volunteers & artists... This festival was a huge success on every level!! Rothbury delivered on the music, the greening, the location, the weather, the art, and the vibe... IT WAS HOT HOT HOT... I don't think I heard a negative or "NOT HOT" comment all weekend, and I for one can't wait to come back next year!!

PHISH SORTA REUNITES AT ROTHBURY!!

If you're a Phish fan like me, you'll be happy to know that Mike Gordon came on stage to join Trey at the end of Trey's set...

The old band members introduced two new songs and did a slow, instrumental version of Chalk Dust Torture... Hopefully this will bring more good news in the future... BRING BACK PHISH!!

ROTHBURY MAKES A WORLD RECORD!!

A sculpture comprised of 45,725 cans of human and cat food designed by architecture students from Montana State University shattered the Guinness World Record for the largest can sculpture at the Rothbury Music Festival over the weekend...

Pretty cool eh?!

ROTHBURY'S IT COUPLE: JOHN & JENNIFER...

Jennifer Aniston is at Rothbury!! Aniston showed up to watch her boyfriend, John Mayer's set, and she's standing next to the stage in a floral print dress... She smiled at me!!

The couple showed up just for the day (they didn't camp out) and what's even cuter is that she is now blowing him kisses while he's on stage... How romantic!!

DAVE MATTHEWS DANCES AGAIN!!

Dave Matthews broke out in his new signature DANCE last night during his band's performance of Thank You at the Rothbury Music Fest.... He danced WAYYYY longer than last time... So amazing and so funny!!

Jakob was spotted at The Rothbury Music Fest. playing with his band, The Gold Mountain Rebels... His father is so much better I must say, oh well, at least he's tryin'!! They do look-a-like though!!

LEROI MOORE FROM DAVE MATTHEWS BAND IN AN ACCIDENT!!

Dave Matthews Band performed last night at the 2008 Rothbury Music Fest. and Dave told the crowd that LeRoi Moore had been in a serious accident...

Our sources afterwords told us he was in an ATV crash a week ago at his farm and is in stable condition at the hospital still... He will be off the tour for a little bit and is being replaced by Jeff Coffin from Bela Fleck and the Flecktones...

He's such a chilled guy and helped Dave to put on one of the best shows I've ever been to!!
