Brooke asks: I was wondering if at all it was awkward having a "romance" with Joe on Camp Rock??
No, even tho there was a strong connection between Joe and me, it was a true friendship – it wasn’t a romance… we have become such good friends and I LOVE working with the Jonas Bros., so it wasn’t awkward – it was FUN!
Margee writes: Hey Demi, I'm a huggeeee fan! I'm going to sing one of your songs [Trash] for the talent show at my school. I just want to know, if you have any future project, besides camp rock & princess protection program??
Well, right now I am working on my album for Hollywood Records in the studio, so I’m focused on that – and I’ll be touring with the Jonas Bros. this summer, so I’m also working on my stage show with the band – past that, I don’t know yet. But I’m open to anything that comes my way! And thanks for singing my song!! That’s awesome!
Brittany asks: What musical artist(s) do you look up to??
I have a lot of people I look up to for different reasons, but I would have to say Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aquillera, and Paramore are my best musical influences.
Demifan writes: hey demi! um...who is your celebrity crush? and why are you dating cody linley instead of joe jonas??
Haha, I’m not really dating anyone at the moment – I just don’t have time! Cody will always be special to me, but he lives in LA now, and I’m back and forth so much we haven’t had time to see each other. Joe is more like a brother to me than anything… I guess my celeb crush would be Jim Sturges…
Vanessa asks: I lovee watching your Youtube channel with Selena, you guys are hilarious! But do you sense some sort of Youtube best-friend channel rivalry with Miley and Mandy??
I get that question a lot! No, there’s no rivalry between us – Selena and I started making the videos simply for our fans to see that we’re just down to earth like everyone else. I just wish we had more time to make more videos, but we have been so busy! BTW, thanks for watching!
Jessica asks: Will you and Selena ever do a song together??
Absolutely, Selena and I would LOVE to do a duet – we’re open to that!

Can we expect a duet with your sister Dallas at some point??
I’m open to a duet with Dallas, absolutely – but we are two completely different styles of music – if you go to her myspace (www.myspace.com/dallaslovatomusic) and listen to “I’m Hott”, she does a duet with a Canadian artist named Cali – you can see our styles are very different – but who knows??
Do you see yourself as the next Miley??
No, I just see myself as Demi – Miley is amazing and has built a hugely successful career, so I respect that. It’s just that, again, we’re two totally different artists – and there’s room for everyone to be themselves in this business. I’m just trying to be Demi right now!
If you wern't in the entertainment business, what could you see yourself doing??
The only thing I could see myself doing is music – songwriting or producing or something. I’ve never seen myself being in any other business, Ive been working in this one since I was 5 years old! I could do other things, but I wouldn’t WANT TO!
