Today I spoke with Dallas Lovato, the older sister of Camp Rock diva, Demi Lovato!! Dallas is currently recording her new CD and gave us some insight on life with Demi, dating, who's HOT and what the future has in store...
Let's get this thing started... Demi is ALL OVER THE PLACE these days... How do you feel about your sister's success?
I'm really really proud of her... I don't think anyone at 15 has worked as hard as she has, everything she's gone through from mean girls at school and hours of practice a day its really awesome to see her succeed!!
You started singing before her - why do you think she was able to get to where she's at first?
With this business its all about being at the right place at right time and she is making it really big right now and its only a matter of time before my big break comes along... Plus she's better than me!!
Do you ever get compared to Haylie and Hilary Duff?
ALL THE TIME!! - If I had a dollar for every time someone said that, I'd be rich!! I like being compared though but we are different than them - we're Dallas and Demi... We are flattered though to be compared.
What's in the future for your career?
I want to eventually do feature films and go on tour with my music one day!!
How did you like coming to Canada to record that song/video?
I wanna move to Canada now - It was amazing. Everyone was super talented and open-hearted and welcoming; I felt at home there.
I gotta ask... How's your love life?
I don't kiss and tell.
Does Demi have a boy?
No - she's too busy, and they would have to go through me first; trust me nobody wants to go through that process!!
Plans for the summer? Come visit?
Planning on moving to California in September, so I'm continuing to enjoy my time in Texas getting ready for the big Hollywood move. And obviously I'll visit you & the rest of Canada!!
Rumour is that you're going to try out to be a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader - yes or no?
Half true half false - I was going to, but I have other auditions already that week, and so I choose to pursue my singing career in LA - maybe next year though, we'll see where my cards land.
Who do you most look up to?
Def. my sister, she's such an inspiration on how dreams do come true; she works hard and I just love her!!

I'm still wearing socks from last night.
