You might want to call your sources and see if they can provide more concrete proof that Avril is indeed pregnant - because US Magazine contacted her rep who told them Av is NOT pregnant...
Although I guess we should keep in mind that Nicole Kidman kept denying pregnancy rumours for a long time too - and then recently admitted they were true. :)

If she is only 6 weeks pregnant now, she probably would not have even have known she was pregnant on New Year's Eve. The very earliest you can usually find out is 4 or 5 wks.
